  • What is the first step I need to take to get started on my documentary?
The first step to getting started on your documentary is to contact our company and schedule a call to discuss your project. During this call, we will gather information about you, the loved one that we will interview, and timeline and provide you with more information about our services.
  • What preparations are needed on my part?
Prior to filming, we recommend that you prepare by considering the key aspects of your life story or legacy that you want to share. You may also want to gather any relevant materials or photographs that you would like to include in your documentary. We will send you a list of questions that we will ask during filming as well as an option to add more questions for us to ask.
  • How does the process work?
Our process involves an online/ over the phone consultation and planning session with you to ensure that we capture your vision and story accurately. We will work with you to schedule filming and conduct interviews, and then we will edit and deliver the final videos to you.
  • When is the right time to record a loved one’s personal history?
